Our Story

Our origin lies in a bond built to solve litigation’s data challenges

The Covalynt Journey

Covalynt began with a simple realization: complex litigation had become fundamentally data-driven, but the industry lacked the data-science rigor to keep pace. Attorneys were working with fragmented records, inconsistent class datasets, and legacy workflows that couldn’t scale to modern evidentiary demands.

Combining Don’s decades of experience in complex litigation with Bryan’s background in systems engineering, we set out to bring clarity and scientific structure to these challenges. ClaimScore became our proof of concept — an automated fraud-detection and eligibility-validation tool that revealed something bigger. Case after case surfaced the same systemic issues: unreliable notice data, messy class records, and identity-resolution problems too complex for traditional tools.

That insight expanded our mission. We built solutions like DeepValidation and ClassResolution, evolving from a single product into a comprehensive platform. Covalynt now reflects what we set out to create: the connection between legal expertise and engineered data science, delivering structure, clarity, and defensibility to every stage of complex litigation.
